2. Our Role
Sunrise Getaway acts as a travel planning and booking facilitator. We recommend resorts, curate itineraries, and coordinate bookings on your behalf with third-party resorts, hotels, transport and experience providers.
All accommodation, transport and experiences are ultimately delivered by independent third-party operators, subject to their own terms.
3. Bookings & Payments
- An enquiry is not a confirmed booking until we send you a written confirmation.
- A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment.
- Full payment schedules are shared at the time of quotation.
- Rates are subject to availability and may change without notice until confirmed.
- All quoted prices are in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise.
4. Traveller Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate personal details for every traveller
- Carrying valid identity documents required at check-in
- Respecting resort rules, local laws and cultural sensitivities
- Adequate travel and health insurance where recommended
5. Changes By Third Parties
Resorts and service providers may occasionally change rooms, meal plans, timings or inclusions due to operational reasons, weather or force majeure. We will always work to arrange comparable alternatives, but such changes are outside our direct control.
6. Limitation Of Liability
Sunrise Getaway is not liable for personal injury, loss, damage or additional expenses arising from acts or omissions of third-party service providers, natural events, political disturbances, or any circumstance beyond our reasonable control.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, imagery, itineraries, logos and design — is owned by Sunrise Getaway or its content partners and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. It may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Udaipur, Rajasthan.
